What We Do

Executive Minds specializes in two main areas: Recruitment Consultancy and Talent Acquisition.

Recruitment Consultancy is offered to both startup and expanding businesses and includes:

  • Creating a recruitment function and/or department, which involves the development of recruitment processes, procedures and policies.
  • Evaluating employees against set competencies for either their fit in their current roles or for the purpose of promotions.

Talent Acquisition is assisting clients to attract talent and to find the right fit for the culture of their organizations. Our recruitment process involves the following steps:

  • Meeting the client to discuss the job vacancy, its description, where it falls within the organization and any special requirements.
  • Shortlisting suitable candidates from our professional network and updated database.
  • Meeting the shortlisted candidates and conducting a competency based interview as per the job description provided by the client. In addition to understanding intrinsic factors for the candidate’s job choice.
  • Submitting a shortlist of suitable candidates to the client once we believe they are the right fit for the role.
  • Final decision making on successful candidates is done by the client.

During this process, we build a personal relationship with both clients and candidates by spending ample time with both parties to fully understand their needs and requirements.
